Mihai is the CTO and Co-Founder of TerabitLab. He architects the technical foundations that power every project the company delivers u2014 from distributed systems and cloud infrastructure to ML inference pipelines and real-time data platforms.

With extensive experience across DevOps, backend engineering, and systems design, Mihai has led the technical delivery of complex projects for clients ranging from European fintech startups to established enterprise organizations. He is known for his rigorous approach to system reliability, performance optimization, and security-first architecture.

Mihai oversees TerabitLab’s engineering standards, technology stack decisions, and the technical growth of the team. His philosophy is simple: ship production-grade systems that scale, perform, and last u2014 no shortcuts, no technical debt by design.
