Victor is the CEO and Co-Founder of TerabitLab. He leads the company’s strategic vision and operations, overseeing full-stack engineering, infrastructure, and AI solutions delivered from Bucharest and Chisinau.

With deep expertise in product strategy and engineering leadership, Victor has built and scaled teams across fintech, enterprise SaaS, and infrastructure sectors.

Mihai is the CTO and Co-Founder of TerabitLab. He architects the technical foundations that power every project the company delivers u2014 from distributed systems and cloud infrastructure to ML inference pipelines. Mihai oversees TerabitLab’s strategic vision while driving growth and establishing TerabitLab as the leading partner of choice for mid-market strategic buyers of IT.
